Hi thans for your post on my website I'm using loadCSS and rel="preload" when i run pagespeed it doesn't show any css block render for desktop version but it still shows for the mobile version, any explaination? Is it a pagespeed bug?
I've seen that too for https://songsear.ch (it uses an old version of loadCSS.
But I know they're wrong because when I use webpagetest and look at the filmstrip view I can see that it clearly has rendered before the lazy loaded .css files have loaded.
