I was having this consistently the past few months and I noticed it was less common on weekends. At first I thought it was due to stress (I am an engineer) and started exercising some and it got some better. I also asked myself what else I do on week days that I don't do on weekends. Well I eat 3 scrambled eggs for breakfast on the week days and usually pancakes on the weekends. Tried not eating eggs one day and the problem went away. I know it sounds crazy but it worked. So I am thinking it has something to do with high fat, high protein breakfast and lower calories the rest of the day. So I am suggesting changing up your routine, specifically what you are eating.
