ummm, overlooking the spelling errors... Illinois is NOT by the ocean, in fact it is nowhere NEAR an ocean...
i think its illonouis cuz theres a shelbeyvill by a spring fild plus if u look at the weather paters illonouis has all the types of weather patters the episodes have and it has a power plant and its by the ocean
