Boil the sugar dough, mix out the colours, squeeze and twist it to gain air, but the colour stripes on and roll and cut in the middle until you reach the right size of each and lastly sell them.
Then the candy is sold in the shop (just by the production) or some are sent away to people who order from somewhere else.
Most of it is shipped nationally and some to Finland.

This little clubs are made in Gränna, but with a machine.
It used to be just the red and white flavor (peppermint) but know there are lots of different flavors. A lot of them are fruity, like lemon-lime for example. Yummy!
Some rocks break. They are then broken a lot more so that it can be sold like this.

After you remove if from boiling you cool it down by pouring it onto a cold metal plate like this. Don't burn you fingers!
In Gränna they sell a lot of Chocolate as well since it's such a candy town.
The secret receipe is this:
94% sugar
5% water
1% strong winager acid (ethanoic acid)
Boil it till the water totally evaporates and burn additionally till 150 degress Celcius. By then the sugar and the winegar should have bound to make the dough not crack.
This is a special make. It weights about 400 grammes I think.
They are not so easy to make (unless you're an expert :)
