This is my chief instructor at his house in St Albans (north of London) and in the background you can see the field that we stand and train in.

This is a so called Camp. It's an intensive weekend of traing with Dennis.

When I came back from this camp that time I filled my kung fu diary with four pages of stuff I've learnt. That's very good.
